We were appointed by the Mayor of Loznica municipality on the basis of public private partnership to organize workshop for assessment and presentation of advantages from biogas installations on the territory of Loznica and Samuil Municipalities in North-East Bulgaria. Our team evaluated potential for development of biogas projects in these municipalities. Several owners of chicken, cattle and sheep farms also attended the workshop and shown great interest in biogas technology as a way to response to EU requirements for waste reduction. In 2011 we will propose action plan, which will aim to increase renewable energy use and investments in Loznica and Samuil Municipalities.
